David and I spent Saturday morning leisurely driving through the Rocky Mountains, with a brief stop in Estes Park to browse their farmer’s market.

I know the photo quality is horrible, so you’ll just have to trust me when I say that it’s a bald eagle soaring high above my house. We usually see a few in our area each year.

Coheed and Cambria played at the Boulder Theater on Wednesday night, and it ended up being one of the best shows I’ve been to.

We unexpectedly dined at Lucky Pie both nights over the weekend (not that we’re complaining) – Saturday evening we didn’t feel like cooking dinner after a scenic day trip to the mountains, and Sunday evening we were invited to join a group of friends and their adorable kids.
