Breaking in the R-Pod

The day after we picked up our brand new R-Pod, Dave and I headed to the mountains to break it in! We luckily found an open walk-up at Camp Dick, a small campground hidden away in the Roosevelt National Forest. We snacked on watermelon, took Biscuits for a walk down to the creek, and had a delicious dinner of potatoes, broccoli (both from our garden!) and steak cooked over the camp fire. There are a few tweaks we need to make for our next outing, but we can’t wait to camp in our R-Pod again!
